We’re excited to announce that we’re hiring a part-time Bridal Stylist to join our growing team at Arc Bridal!

Our stylists work one-on-one with brides during their appointments, creating a thoughtful, elevated, and genuinely fun experience for both brides and their guests.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Loves working with people and building relationships

• Thrives in a sales-driven, appointment-based environment

• Brings energy, warmth, and confidence to every interaction

• Has previous retail or customer-facing experience

• Is a strong communicator and natural relationship builder

• Is dependable and excited to grow with a small business long-term

What You’ll Do:

• Lead one-on-one bridal appointments from start to finish, guiding brides through gown selection and creating a thoughtful, supportive experience as they find their dress.

• Create a memorable, personalized experience for brides and their guests

• Follow up with brides via email and phone

• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and maintaining the store

• Help with general day-to-day operations of the shop

Availability Requirements (Please Read Carefully):
This is a weekend-focused role.

• Saturday availability is required.

• Must be available to work at least 3 weekend shifts per month

• Additional availability (weekday evenings and/or occasional Sunday afternoons) is a plus

Compensation: Hourly + commission + tips
